Need some assistant to better understand how to score points on the MDM for final result to line A.
cc is shoudler pain & Knee pain, Establish pt with stable situation,
the Dr reorder Rx. that was all for MDM.

Minimal dx , none for complexity and low risk, looks like to me, reordering medication with no adjustment is not prescription medication management. So the risk is low I would give it straightforward. A follow up encounter, with no labs or X-rays to review and non ordered with no medication adjustment of any kind and no new problems to address should be a focused straightforward encounter.
