Measuring Advancement Flaps

Good morning,

I have an operative report where the doctor stated he did a flap advancement of 9cm on the forearm. The flap advancement codes are in the 14000 and are sq cm. Would that be 81 sq cm? I am so confused. Is there an article or website that has measurements for coding flap advancements?
