Can someone advice me if I'm doing this right. I'm coding for Pain management and most of the patients are in opioids .So every time the provider reviews the Pharmacy board to check if pt is been complaint , we give one point to Medicine section(90701-99199) table . I was looking for a specific code that meds are been reviewed and I cant find anything. Is there something in the medicine section that supports this ? Or is this a misunderstanding and mistakenly given credit to this section when Meds are reconciled besides reviewing/ordering from medicine section? I appreciate any help .Thanks
