Hi All, Does anyone know what cpt code would be used for Medial Branch Block of hip?

Any help will be appreicated!

Thank you

Might be "Lateral" branch block of the nerves that innervate the SI joint. Sometimes templates are used and referred to the anatomical location as medial. Might fall under CPT 64450. But I agree with the other response that the procedure note would be required because "medial branch block of the hip" is not common procedure heading seen in pain management cases.
