A little confused about question.....an MCL is medial collateral ligament, I do not think it is included in and ACL anterior cruciate ligament repair.

Would really need to see op report to help you out better.

if open 27405....if scope unlisted 29999 and compare to 27405. MCL is NOT included in ACL repair/reconstruction.
