does anyone know the code for Left medial pattello femoral reconstruction with Gracilis tendon autograft? do you code the autograft as an additional code. this is on a patient who had a previous fulkerson procedure but is now having a recurrent instability of the patella.
 
Have you looked at 27420-27424? It is kind of hard to tell without seeing the op note. As far as the autograft, I would think it is part of the reconstruction.
