Hi, Anyone out there coded a arthroscopic lateral release and medial reefing? The code for the arthroscopic lateral release is 29873 and the open for a VMO is 27422. However, my surgeon did both of these procedures arthroscopically. Just wanted to see if anyone else has had some experience with this type of procedure.
