Does anyone have insight on whether Colorado Medicaid will reimburse a provider in completing forms? This pediatrician insists on billing when she recertifies a cerebral palsy patient for services(home health certification)every 60 days. She is not face to face with the patient.

No state medicaid will reimburse for forms. It's not medically necessary. Although the patient won't get the services without the forms. It's a catch 22.

It's always good to bill for them and get a denial. Just write it off. By billing for it, it then shows the doctor is filling the require forms out every 60 days for the patient to continue to receive the MCD services.

Just my opinion. Have a great day! :)
