I do Pathology billing and coding for ancillary providers, and was wondering if anyone else was having this issue.
It seem's Medicaid has the new immunohistochemical code 88341 on the fee schedule but isn't paying it.
We have tried calling and was told the issue has escalated all the way up to Tallahassee but we have no idea what's going on.
can anyone shed some light on the matter?
