So recently took over the Ortho coding in our clinc and have notice that Carpal Tunnel Inj 20526 are being denied...I know medicaid recently accouned they would no longer pay for the 6000 series of pain managment. Can anyone tell me if these are payable by medicaid or would they be reffered as a pain management injection ?
