Hello! I keep getting Medicaid denials for claims and the reason is that it says "Missing Billing Provider Taxonomy number". Well this denial just started happening after years of no issues before, also the billing provider and provider taxonomy numbers are the same, anyone else have this issue or know how to combat it? Thanks in advance!
