We continue to bill Medicaid and Medicaid HMO for RPM but seem none of the payers will cover this service. Medicare and the Medicare advantages plan do pay but not Medicaid. I noticed that the CPT codes are not on the fee schedule which i use as my bible for Medicaid but wanted to make sure that there is not a specific HCPC code that should be used instead. Can someone please give me a little guidance?
