Medicaid Inpatient Admission/Subsequent Visits

I have a provider who is trying to bill for the admission of an OB patient and bill for the subsequent visit. According to the OB Global and non-global guidelines, the codes 9922x-9923x are not reimbursing.

Is there anyone in the TEXAS area that bills TX Medicaid OB delivery claims with the inpatient hospital visit codes?
