I am having trouble with Medicaid paying for J0696. I submit it with an administration fee but they still denie it?? I am new to pediatrics, could someone help me with how to get payment on this?????

You should also check to be sure that you are reporting the correct measure of units, NDC # and diagnosis that would deem this medically necessary.
