Are there any Cardiologists out there who feel they qualify for this based on your specialty? I kind of feel that we do but someone else is thinking that we don't. I wanted to ask everyone else. It lists Cardiovascular Disease and Cardiology under Internal Medicine on the Attestation form.

I feel that Cardiology falls under this. They have to be Internal Medicine Doctor first then Cardiologist. They can treat patient as primary doctor. Plus I work for Cardiologist and we have it set up in Medicaid system and we are getting paid. When you even look at NPPES system, ( NPI) it shows that they are listed as Internal Medicine-Cardiovascular Disease.
