Is there a way to correct NC Medicaid physician claims on-line? On Blue-e I see where you can correct BCBS claims but can't find a way to do same for Medicaid.
 
Yes, a replacement claim can be filed by completing a corrected electronic claim and marking the claim as a replacement using the Claim Submission Reason Field on the electronic claim transaction. Be sure to provide the ICN for the original claim. The original claim will be recouped and will show as a recoupment on your RA when the replacement claim processes. Hope this helps.
