I do not own my own company, but I currently work for a small company. My boss has a client who only sees maybe 15-20 pts per week and she has decided she wants to terminate her contract with him and asked me if I wanted to do it as my very first "own" client. So I need to write up a contract. She has not offered to share her contract with me. So I need to write up my own. I am wondering how you decided what to put in your contracts if you are willing to share any tips for anything to add specifically or somewhere I can find info on what to add
