Any thoughts on medical billing/practice management software that is superior? has anyone used the web based software kareo?
 
There are so many out there. Out of all I have used my favorite hands down is Intergy by Sage. I know a company that does the ASP model if you don't want to purchase it directly from Sage. Let me know. In regards to software to capture hospital visits/consult/surgery charges for physicians, look at CCS by Lynxitsolutions.
