Would anyone know what diagnosis code I would use for medical clearance for transfer to another hospital? Patient is having a chest X-ray for clearance. DX'd with acute psychosis- which is not the problem. I am not sure if it is more of a MHE (Mental Health Evaluation V70.2) or is there another code for clearance for transfer? Any insight would be great!
