Hi,
I'm a CPC working in a Chiropractic Office.
In the office people said that the new E/M Medical Decision Making applies only to Major Medical not to Worker's Comp. and No-Fault
Is that true?
I thought the rule applies to all insurance.

Does anyone know anything about this?
