What do you need? You treat it like any other prescription medication. If the patient abuses it then you code for the abuse.

Yes it is perscribed and used daily like a normal perscription.

Then it is not a problem issue. You treat it like long term or current high risk medication just as if the patient had been prescribed any other prescription drug. Do you have a particular visit where this is an issue?

No that E code is for either poisoning or adverse effect you need to look back at the sub chapter heading with E codes. They are for injuries or adverse effects only.
