Hi,
Does anyone know of a good guide or webinar for medical necessity specifically for Pain Management that is current? I'm having a hard time finding one.
 
I put together my own binder, specifically to the things that we do. At one time we were doing spinal cord stimulators, so I printed out the Medicare guidelines for it, then added any other info for insurances that don't follow Medicare.
