Medical Nutrition Therapy - Medicare patient

Does anyone have any ideas on how to bill for 97802 when they are a Medicare patient and do not have Diabetes or Renal disease. From what I have found so far, Medicare may not pay without one of these conditions. For example, I have one that I am trying to bill and has hypertension, I10, Morbid obesity, E66.01, and Z68.43 - BMI. I have tried rearranging the codes, but not getting anywhere.

Any ideas would be very much appreciated.

There is nothing you can do without committing fraud to get paid. Diabetes and Renal disease are the only cover diagnoses.

I need help billing out the DM education by a Nutritionist. Do they have to have an actual note or can they just use a Flowsheet
