Hi All,
I am trying to work through something I came upon. Does anyone have resources on how to code/bill a registered inpatient who is transported to clinic to receive chemotherapy treatment? I had researched the CMS Claims Processing Manual and the only guidance is to utilize POS code 21 to follow where the patient is registered to however this is regarding office visits from the verbiage they use. I am continuing my search for resources to hopefully get an answer more directly but I figured I would ask here just incase anyone had more specific information.
