At my facility we have ALS patients come in to been seen by all their specialists on the same day and afterwards the medical team comes together to discuss the patient's treatment plan and what will happen the next appointment day. So we are reporting procedure codes, physical therapy codes, maybe an established E/M code and then the team is coming together for over 30 minutes and discussing the treatment plan. Can we also report 99367 for this same-day team conference?
