Medical Terminology/Anatomy for cpb/CPC class

In your opinion is it necessary to take the Medical Terminology and Anatomy courses prior to beginning the CPB and CPC courses?

I have worked in the medical field for a few years and have done home health revenue billing work for a year or so.
