Hi, has anyone billed out CPT 92313? IF so do you bill it LT AND RT. I think it should be on one line with no modifiers, but others are saying different. Can someone give me some input on this cpt code please. Thank you

I code ophthalmology as well, but have never had to code this procedure. But my sources show that 92313 takes laterality modifiers. I would use them.
