No, those codes are deleted for 2025. Currently, Medicare wants audio only E&M visits billed as 99202-99215 with modifier -93. At least until 03/31/2025 when telehealth is again set to expire.
I'll just note since you posted this in BH forum - I know there are a ton of other codes used in BH that may be more appropriate than E&M 99202-99215, but I don't have any knowledge other than their existence.

I have a provider that claim was rejected for CCM 99490. The patient has been seeing 3 times in a year what code can they use for an additional visit
