Hello,

I am work for a Medicare Advantage plan and we are trying to confirm if SNF require Occurance span 70 when billing along with Occurance span 50?
We are also trying to confirm if an IRF can bill out patient when the member is not seen inpatient with just an IRF contract?

Assistance and knowledge would be greatly appreciated!
