I need help with Medicare Advantage regulations.
Why do Medicare Advantage Plan request documentations?
Do they request them more than traditional Medicare?
We were requested by UnitedHealthcare for physical therapy this time.

Because they have to prove to Medicare that they are only paying for actual and necessary services (since they get the money for this from Medicare).
