Wiki Medicare and acupuncture

Medicare is denying our acupuncture claims when services are provided by an actual acupuncturist- they also denied her to even sign up with Medicare or part B. Is there a way around this?

Acupuncturists can't enroll in Medicare but can work under the supervision of a physician or NPP.

Thank you for answering! So another question: on the claim it would the physician for billing, acupuncturist as rendering, and physician for supervisor?
