Is there a way to bill Medicare for a doctor reviewing NON-hospice, and NON-HHA treatment plan for a patient in nurse-run domicile, boarding home. We have several docs that monthly review and update and talk to nursing staff about patients in some kind of domicile that are not home health agency-followed and are not hospice patients. no face to face with patient:confused: thanks!!
