Wiki Medicare and code A4465

I am receiving an error stating that A4465 is an item or service that has no separate payment under the physician fee schedule. Anyone have any ideas on how I can resolve this error? Thanks.

I checked the fee schedule for this, and for Noridian, this is not a covered item, and would be included in the cost of the service.
