Wiki Medicare and Rabies shots

Our office is trying to bill rabies shots to Medicare, using 90471 for the administration and 90675 for the Rabies vaccine to Mcr with Dx of V01.5 but it is popping up in billing screen "not Medicare approved". What are we doing wrong. I tried researching info, but just getting more confused. Please help, Pam
