Wiki Medicare-- Appealing Late.

I am in the process of appealing to medicare. however, they are asking for a "good cause" for filing my request late. Truthfully, it was filed late because the billing position was unfilled for two months. But-- i don't think this reason will be accepted by medicare. Anyone know of a good cause for filing late that has been accepted by medicare?!

none that I am aware of. And if this is truely the reason then that is what you will have to go with.
