Hi everyone! i am having a hard time getting certain claims paid from united health care--secure horizons stating medicare did not approve procedure? i have tried to research medicares' website but i cannot find anything? any suggestions??? this seems to be happening when a digestive system procedure is being done (i.e. lap appendectomy, lap cholecystectomy, removal of colon)

any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!!!
