Medicare AWV Telehealth guidelines

Current Medicare guidelines state that the patient's height, weight, BMI, blood pressure, balance and gait should be included in the exam. Is there a separate policy or guideline specific to AWVs being performed as telehealth (since they obviously cannot specifically get a blood pressure via telehealth)?
