Could someone help me with some coding? Pt came in for a Medicare Annual Wellness Visit Sub. G0439 she also had a gyn exam during her visit G0101..can these be billed together?? No ABN on file. Medicare is so confusing with their guidelines..any comments would be appreciated :) thank you
