Could someone help me with some coding? Pt came in for a Medicare Annual Wellness Visit Sub. G0439 she also had a gyn exam during her visit G0101..can these be billed together?? No ABN on file. Medicare is so confusing with their guidelines..any comments would be appreciated thank you

Medicare in Tennessee

I have billed those two codes together many times to our Medicare here in Tennessee and got paid. Just make sure your DX codes are linked to the correct CPT. Hope this helps
