Has anyone noticed that Medicare has RETIRED their LCD for Medically Necessary Removal of Impacted Cerumen???? (LCD28170); I cannot find a replacement and I am wondering how this impacts billing? Are we now free to bill our services without limitations concerning OV's, impaction removals and audios, etc...
