Wiki Medicare coding for Home Infusion

Does anyone know what the Medicare hcpcs code is for home infusion/specialty drug administration, nursing services? I know it is 99601 and 99602 for commercial insurance but I can't find the code for Medicare. :confused:
 
I have the s codes as well but those are for commercial insurance too. I believe the Medicare code should be a Q, J or G code. ??? :confused:

I believe it is HCPS code S9802 (SPECIALTY DRUG ADMIN/NSG SRV )
Home infusion/specialty drug administration, nursing services; per visit (up to 2 hours)
