Hello Everyone, does anyone know in regards to medicare and mamograms, if when ordering you need to code 77057 with +77052 and G0202? Or can you just use 77057 and G0202? Do you hv to hv the add on code? Is it necessary? And if it is can someone give me an explanation as to why? I can't figure it out... Any help would be greatly appreciated... Medicare is very complicated:confused:!!! LOL
