Were getting a denial from Medicare: FOR 85X TYPE OF BILL CLAIMS, THE CPT/HCPCS CODE BILLED AS A PROFESSIONAL. SERVICES IS NOT REIMBURSED AS A PHYSICIAN SERVICE. Medicare is stating:
99152 can be billable with a different rev code. Rev code is correct for 851 tob and check hcpcs code. We are billing with a rev code 982. Is anyone else having the same issue?
