Medicare guidelines for Facet Joint and Epidural injections

I see on the billing and coding of each that you can only bill for 4 facet joint injections in a rolling 12 month period and you can do 4 Epidural (transforaminal, interlaminar) injections per year. My question is, does that mean that I can do 8 of these as long as each one is only 4 per year?
