Does anyone know how to bill Medicare for the HIV screening test? I work at a FQHC and I have tried to bill numerous ways but have had no luck with the reimbursement. Right now we are currently billing it as G0435-QW with a dx of V73.89. Any suggestions would be more than welcome.
