Hi everyone,

I am a first timer & love the forums. I would like to know if the HCPCS codes or the cpt codes need to be billed for Medicare Advantage Carriers. I am talking about G0179-G0182 vs 99374-99379. also when billing these from a family practice site do the pos or tos need to be different? how about on the ailment screen? thanks!!!
