My provider is seeing a patient in the IV clinic for daily IV Vanco with wound care for ulcer

billed 96365 for first hour, J3370 for Vanco, 97597, for wound care lower leg with ulcer

Medicare paid for IV time and medication, but only paid 9cents for wound care
any suggestions?
