Was there a change in the information that Medicare provides for LCD policy? Medicare would always include the ICD 10 codes that would reflect medical necessity, but when checking the LCD on both Supercoder & the Medicare website itself, it was no longer provided. Thank you, in advance, for any information.

I am running into the same thing, so if you figure it out please let me know! I don’t remember them ever listing the approved dx’s For mri’s though only MRAs or maybe that’s just my state? I’m in Minnesota.
