I have a practice that is primary care and provides care to the communities as they call it which is senior assisted living -Medicare is stating that the Practice Location Type: Retirement/Assisted Living Community or Skilled Nursing Facility or Nursing Facility be this and not GROUP CLINIC/PRACTICE as submitted with their enrollments previously. They do not have a physical address instead use CRM address and also provide telehealth services. The Medicare rep also seemed confused, and one mentioned this loc type looks like Part A not Part B a. Anyone out there familiar with this sort of practice type?
