I have searched the MDCR website and found information on the Medicare Mark-up Prohibition that went into effect Jan 1 regarding purchased diagnostic tests. Can anyone explain it clearer so it would be more easily understandable. Thanks!:)
 
Medicare Anti-markup rule

I also have questions about the Medicare Anti-markup rule as it applies to the PC for MRI's. Our office owns the equipment but we pay the Radiologist to read them. Do I need to indicate that on the HCFA 1500 form? If so, how? I would appreciate any help.
